A Brief Bio...... Peny is both artist and art educator, teaching in the public schools and communities throughout Oregon for the past 20+ years.She is currently teaching Art at The Dalles Wahtonka High School in The Dalles, Oregon. She received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Design from Southern Oregon University and her Master's in Art and Curriculum Design from the University of Oregon.
